This card was made for a friend celebrating the Chinese New Year. The image came from http://www.childbook.com/Chinese-Coloring-Pages-Pictures-and-Graphics-s/70.htm and was coloured using copic markers. I used the feathering technique again from Copic Creations challenge # 21 to blend the colours.
